The futuristic memory fabric featured in these pants offers complete waterproofing with taped seams. In this pair, you will find a fleece insulator, but if you get too hot, the zipper vents on the inner thigh allow for airflow.
This pair features two waterproof zipper pockets on either hip.

If you are looking for the biggest baggiest pants you can find, get 2XL. As you go down the size chart, the pants will decrease in bag and length.
